Connect a Slack channel with a webhook URL, send a test message, and run email and Slack alerts together.

Connect a channel

StockAlert can post low-stock and out-of-stock alerts straight into Slack. In Settings, paste a Slack incoming webhook URL for the channel you want the alerts to land in, then send a test message to confirm it works before you rely on it.

How alerts arrive

Once connected, alerts arrive in your chosen channel formatted for quick scanning, so the whole team sees what is running low without anyone opening the app.

Email and Slack together

Slack does not replace email - the two can both be on at once. A common setup is to route the daily digest to email and instant alerts to Slack, or simply send everything to both. Slack alerts are available on the Starter plan and up.
