Instant alerts

On the Starter plan and up, StockAlert sends an instant alert the moment a variant drops to or below its threshold or hits zero. It watches inventory in real time through Shopify webhooks, so the alert reaches your email and Slack within moments of the stock change.

The daily digest

Every plan, including the free plan, can receive a once-a-day digest: a single email listing everything that went low that day. If you would rather not get a separate message per event, the digest keeps it to one summary each morning.

Paid plans can also turn on a weekly summary, alongside or instead of the daily digest.

The background sweep

Real-time webhooks do the heavy lifting, but a background check also runs every few hours. It re-scans your catalog against your thresholds so that if a real-time update is ever missed, the low item is still caught and reported.
