- What happens to my Stocky data after it shuts down?
- Shopify is sunsetting Stocky. After the shutdown date, your thresholds, reorder points, and supplier list become read-only and are eventually removed. Export everything as CSV before then - you'll need the file to migrate to any alternative, not just StockAlert.
- How long does the migration take?
- Around five minutes for the SKU and threshold list. Drop your Stocky CSV into StockAlert's bulk settings screen, confirm the field mapping, save. Alerts start firing immediately on the same SKUs you were monitoring.
- Do I need to rebuild my supplier list?
- Suppliers are tracked separately in Stocky and don't appear in the main variant CSV. If you used Stocky's supplier emails, export them as a separate CSV from Stocky's Suppliers section and we'll show you how to wire them into StockAlert.
- Can I migrate from a different inventory app?
- Yes. The CSV import accepts any SKU and threshold list, so merchants migrating from LSA, Assisty, Prediko, Stockbot, iAlert, Bee Merchbees, syncX, or any other inventory app can use the same flow. Or skip CSV entirely and configure SKUs directly in the bulk settings screen.
