1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using any app published by Noomua, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use our apps. These terms apply to all apps published under the Noomua name on the Shopify App Store.
2. Use of our apps
Our apps are designed for use by Shopify merchants with a valid, active Shopify store. By using our apps, you agree to:
- Use the apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Partner policies.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our apps.
- Provide accurate information when configuring app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our apps for accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's policies.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Some of our apps offer free and paid plans. Where applicable:
- Billing is handled entirely through the Shopify platform using Shopify's standard billing APIs.
- Subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

4. Intellectual property
Our apps, their designs, code, and content are owned by Noomua. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps during your subscription period.
You retain full ownership of your store data — product listings, inventory records, and any content you create or import through our apps. AI-generated content produced by our apps is owned by you.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noomua is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps — including lost sales, lost data, or errors in AI-generated content that you choose to publish.
You are responsible for reviewing any content generated by our apps before applying it to your store.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected merchants.
