1. The service
Viewly3D provides 3D product viewer functionality and AI-powered 3D model generation for Shopify merchants. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
2. Acceptable use
- You agree not to upload or generate 3D models that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- You agree not to attempt to circumvent credit limits, billing, or any other system restrictions.
3. Intellectual property
3D model files you upload remain your property. AI-generated models are subject to Meshy AI's terms regarding asset ownership. Noomua retains all rights to the Viewly3D software and branding.
4. Infringement and misuse
If you use Viewly3D to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights you are solely responsible for any resulting claims or legal action. Noomua reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any store found misusing the service. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and rights holders in any investigation.
5. Billing
Subscription billing is handled by Shopify. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Viewly3D is provided as-is. Noomua's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia.
