1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Viewly3D, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or continue using the app. These terms apply specifically to Viewly3D, published by Noomua on the Shopify App Store.
2. Use of Viewly3D
Viewly3D is designed for use by Shopify merchants with a valid, active Shopify store. By using the app, you agree to:
- Use Viewly3D only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Partner policies.
- Only upload product images for 3D generation that you have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to any images submitted for AI processing.
- Not upload or generate 3D models that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of Viewly3D.
- Not attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan restrictions, or any other system controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's policies.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Viewly3D offers subscription plans and one-time credit packs for AI 3D generation. All billing is handled entirely through the Shopify platform using Shopify's standard billing APIs:
- Subscription and credit pack charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling Viewly3D from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Unused AI generation credits are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify's billing policies.
- Refunds are subject to Shopify's billing policies. Contact us at hello@noomua.com if you have billing questions.

4. Intellectual property
Viewly3D - its design, code, and content - is owned by Noomua. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app during your active subscription period.
You retain full ownership of any product images you upload and of the 3D model files generated or uploaded through Viewly3D. Generated GLB files are yours to use, publish, or remove as you see fit. Note that by using Viewly3D you are choosing to publish your model files publicly on your storefront - they are served directly from storage to your product pages and are accessible to anyone who visits those pages.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Viewly3D is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, the quality or accuracy of AI-generated 3D models, AR compatibility on specific devices, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated 3D models produced from product photos may not accurately represent the physical product. Model quality depends on the photos provided and the capabilities of the Meshy AI service. You are responsible for reviewing all generated models before attaching them to your product pages and publishing them to shoppers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noomua is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Viewly3D - including lost sales, customer complaints, or any consequences arising from inaccurate 3D models you choose to publish without review.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of Viewly3D after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected merchants.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from your use of Viewly3D shall be resolved in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia. Contact us first at hello@noomua.com before pursuing other remedies.
