Will a 3D viewer slow down my product pages?
The 3D model only loads when a shopper opens the viewer, and every model is compressed at upload to keep it small (the target is roughly under 5 MB). One thing worth knowing: if your theme has a strict content-security policy that blocks the viewer's script, the viewer won't load - that's a theme-side setting to allow, not a problem with the model.
Do I need to know 3D modeling or code to use this?

Uploading your own GLB doesn't use a generation. If you need more, one-time packs of 10, 30, or 70 generations never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
What happens to my generation credits if a model fails to generate?
If a generation fails, the credit is automatically refunded to the same pool it came from, so a failed model never costs you. Stuck jobs time out and refund too.
Do my monthly model credits roll over if I don't use them?
Monthly credits don't roll over - they reset to your plan's allowance each month. Credits from one-time top-up packs are different: those never expire and carry over indefinitely, even across plan changes.
