1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Listify AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or continue using the app. These terms apply specifically to Listify AI, published by Noomua on the Shopify App Store.
2. Use of Listify AI
Listify AI is designed for use by Shopify merchants with a valid, active Shopify store. By using the app, you agree to:
- Use Listify AI only for lawful product listing purposes and in accordance with Shopify's Partner policies.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of Listify AI.
- Provide accurate product names and images when submitting content for generation.
- Not use the app to generate content that is misleading, deceptive, or in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Use the publish action only for its intended purpose - creating or updating your own product listings in your own store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's policies.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Listify AI offers free and paid plans. All billing is handled entirely through the Shopify platform using Shopify's standard billing APIs:
- Subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- You can cancel at any time by uninstalling Listify AI from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are subject to Shopify's billing policies. Contact us at hello@noomua.com if you have billing questions.

4. Intellectual property
Listify AI - its design, code, and content - is owned by Noomua. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app during your active subscription period.
You retain full ownership of your store data and any product listings generated through Listify AI. Generated listings are yours to edit, publish, or discard as you see fit. We make no claim to any content produced by the app on your behalf.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Listify AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, the accuracy or quality of AI-generated listing content, SEO outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated titles, descriptions, tags, and other fields before publishing them to your store. We strongly recommend that you review and edit all generated content before it goes live.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noomua is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listify AI - including lost sales, customer complaints, or any consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to publish without review.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of Listify AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected merchants.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from your use of Listify AI shall be resolved in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia. Contact us first at hello@noomua.com before pursuing other remedies.
